January RESET

Imagine sitting at your computer and suddenly, your screen starts to flicker. The keys you’re typing are not the letters that appear and your programs start to randomly shut down and restart and shut down again. Then things seem to calm down but, oh great, now everything is moving so slow! How are you supposed to get any work done?! When we are having computer glitches in our office, I always tell my staff to just RESET the system and usually we’re up and running again in no time!
During the Holiday season, it’s easy to let our lifestyles get off track. You’re eating cookies, drinking wine, having some egg nog and before you know it, you’re feeling sluggish and bloated. You try to counteract these feelings by sleeping longer, but that doesn’t help. Now your productivity is taking a hit as well. If only there was a RESET for our bodies..

Diet Kick off! We will all start on the same day to “press the reset button” and be able to encourage each other along our journey together.
Here’s how I plan to help you along the way:  I will share with you my tested and approved menu ideas, shopping on a budget strategies, shopping lists and more!  Join our reset FB group, to get support, accountability , recipe ideas, life hacks and more!!
I hope you will take advantage of this great opportunity to REBOOT your metabolism with me and other like minded patients in our practice! As working moms or full time stay at home moms, we need these “life hacks” on easy, healthy ways to feed ourselves and our families. That’s why I’ve designed this program to be a community program so we can support each other and learn from each other. Together, we can reset our metabolisms for a better 2018!
